Governmental Relations
The duties, as defined by the Code-of-Laws, for the Governmental Relations Committee are:
309.1 The Governmental Relations Committee shall have the responsibility of helping with Higher Education Day planning and will participate in STARS Partnership events.
309.2 The Governmental Relations Committee will be under the direct supervision of the Attorney General.
309.2.1 The Committee will be comprised of a minimum of four (4) members: a committee chair and at least three (3) senators.
309.3 The Governmental Relations Committee will be committed to hosting one event per semester whether that be a partnered event or one that the committee plans and hosts alone. This committee will also be responsible for hosting a minimum of two voter registration tabling events along with other tabling events concerning other matters within the committee's realm.
